I would never vote for an extremist like Ron Paul. It baffles me that Libertarians state they are for civil liberties of Americans, except in certain situations. These situations include women's reproductive rights and working Americans rights to organize and participate in unions to protect their rights as workers. To me, this leaves little room for discourse; either you are for civil liberties of all Americans or you are not. It appears that the Libertarians refute the AFL-CIO in NH and are not in agreement with a union that supports- of all things-civil liberties. This is suspicious to me. I regard the Libertarian movement and the Free State movement in cohort with the Tea Party . Both are alligned with conservative right wing dialect and agenda. There is nothing promising about Love and revolution here. Young people have been misinformed as to what the Ron Paul message is all about. As a true Democrat I would never endorse Ron Paul. He is a fiscal conservative opposed to worker's rights to earn decent wages.. If he is on the side of corporate greed and banking bailout on Wall St. he is no friend to the Democrats.
